Introduction
Ginalne is a platform for digital product and project developers, activists, and creators. To maintain a safe and productive community, all users must follow these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or other enforcement actions.
Allowed Content
Users may post content related to "Pro," including but not limited to:
Project or product promotions.
Progress updates, milestones, and event announcements.
Product showcases, documentation, or educational materials.
Prohibited Content
To ensure a safe and compliant environment, the following content is strictly prohibited:
Illegal Activities: Any content promoting criminal acts or violating laws of the respective country.
Fraud & Scams: Ponzi schemes, misleading advertisements, or any form of deceptive practice.
Harmful or Exploitative Content: Any form of animal abuse, violence, or content promoting self-harm.
Pornographic Material: Explicit adult content or sexually exploitative material.
Hate Speech & Harassment: Any content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Unauthorized Financial Activities: Including but not limited to money laundering, unauthorized investments, or crowdfunding without disclosure.
Content Moderation
Ginalne manually reviews content to ensure compliance with these guidelines. Future moderation enhancements may include:
AI-based content screening.
User reporting and flagging systems.
Enhanced community moderation tools.
Enforcement & Account Actions
If a user violates these guidelines, Ginalne may take one or more of the following actions:
Issue warnings to the user, allowing an opportunity to correct the issue.
Remove or restrict access to violating content.
Suspend or freeze account balances in cases of fraud or serious violations.
Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts based on repeated or severe offenses.
Users have the right to appeal content moderation decisions within 36 hours by contacting Ginalne support.
Dispute Resolution
Ginalne encourages open and transparent resolution of disputes:
Conflicts between users should first be resolved through direct communication.
Ginalne will act as a mediator in disputes involving platform policies.
In cases requiring legal action, Ginalne supports transparency and will cooperate with authorities as necessary.
Updates to Community Guidelines
These guidelines may be updated periodically to reflect changes in policies, regulations, or platform needs. Users will be notified of major changes via email, platform notifications, or website announcements.
