Ginalne provides a platform for developers to launch and manage their Pros while engaging with investors and supporters. These guidelines ensure transparency, trust, and compliance with platform policies and legal requirements.
Developer Responsibilities
As a developer on Ginalne, you are responsible for:
Providing Accurate Information: Clearly describe your Pro, including objectives, progress, and funding needs.
Maintaining Transparency: Regularly update supporters on the status of your Pro and provide realistic expectations.
Using Funds Responsibly: Ensure all funds are used for their intended purpose and avoid mismanagement.
Respecting Intellectual Property: Do not infringe copyrights or use third-party content without proper authorization.
Following Legal and Ethical Standards: Adhere to applicable laws and Ginalne's content policies.
Pro Creation & Content Guidelines
Allowed Content:
Digital products, projects, or programs.
Educational, research, or community-driven initiatives.
Ethical and legally compliant business ventures.
Prohibited Content:
Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive projects.
Illegal activities, including money laundering or Ponzi schemes.
Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech.
Any material violating Ginalne’s policies or the laws of the Pro’s operating country.
Funding & Subscription Management
Developers can raise funds through:
One-time funding contributions from supporters.
Subscriptions for ongoing services or exclusive content.
Product sales where applicable.
Developers must honor commitments made to supporters and investors regarding project goals and deliverables.
Refunds are subject to Ginalne's Refund & Dispute Policy and should be handled transparently.
Communication & Engagement
Developers must provide regular updates to supporters.
Misleading claims, failure to communicate, or lack of transparency may result in warnings, suspension, or Pro removal.
Respond to user inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain credibility.
Intellectual Property & Licensing
Developers retain ownership of their Pros but grant Ginalne a limited license to promote and distribute Pro-related content.
Unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Developers are responsible for ensuring their Pro does not infringe any copyrights, trademarks, or other legal protections.
Violation Consequences
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in:
Content removal or Pro suspension.
Temporary or permanent account restrictions.
Legal action if violations involve fraud, intellectual property infringement, or other legal breaches.
